inDemand rolls out eBay training for business sponsored by Telstra and BigPond; and partners with local governments across Australia.

2007

Dell Australia selects inDemand as eBay manager.

2008

eBay selects inDemand to manage high profile brand and celebrity charity auctions on ebay.com.au.

2010

Deals Direct and BigPond Shopping partner with inDemand. inDemand is chosen to manage the Jetstar Powderfinger Farewell Mid Air Gig eBay auction.

2011

inDemand launches Pacific Brands (Hard Yakka, Bonds Outlet and Mossimo) on eBay; commences channel management for five auto dealerships.

2013

inDemand launches Telstra on eBay.

2014

Bid For Good commences as a separate business to manage the eBay Australia Charity Hub as well as the high profile charity auctions on the site.

2015

inDemand re-platforms Mirror Outlet to Magento and on-boards to Amazon USA, Amazon UK and eBay; commences representing Elgato in Australia.

2016

inDemand extends Telstra channel management to Boost Shop, Telstra Accessories and Telstra Prepaid.

2017

inDemand celebrates 10 years of ongoing channel management for Dell Australia; manages the integration of AfterPay on online Telstra Accessories Shop (on Neto).

2018

inDemand provides simplified solutions to help merchants launch faster on Amazon Australia and other Amazon sites; commences providing fulfilment and logistics solution (3PL) for interstate wholesalers and charities; implements the Salvos integration with eBay using inkFrog, creates the Salvos Shopify web store, and delivers process improvements and scaling.

2019

inDemand expands warehouse and 3PL capacity; initiates and manages personalization embroidery solution for SAMMIMIS; manages the integration of Dell on Neto; launches clients on Catch, MyDeal and Kogan marketplaces; expands digital marketing team.

2020

inDemand accredited as Neto gold partner; onboards Technology Giants and Rafa onto Kogan; doubles warehouse capacity; commences same day and next day deliveries in Metro Melbourne and Sydney.

2021-22

inDemand makes it through the “COVID-19-induced” Ecommerce rush, triples warehouse capacity, implements automation solutions, onboards onto even more marketplaces, moves even more into strategy and consulting.
