How can I contact you?
Telephone me on 02 80056957 (Skype Number) Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm or send me an email through eBay. I am often near my computer and will get back to you ASAP. I usually reply to email with 24 hours (excluding Sunday and public holidays).
Are your items authentic?
Yes, everything Proudkiwime sells is purchased directly from manufacturers, retailers or designers.
Why does the photo look different than the stated colour?
Due to differences in lighting, fabric textures, and your computer settings, colours can differ. I try to describe the colour exactly as the manufacturer has, so that there is no question. If you need further information about the colour of the item you are bidding on, please contact me with the item number.
Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
Yes! Combined Postage is available for all multiple sales to ensure you get the cheapest postage possible.
How much is your postage?
All postage costs are listed in the description for your convenience. The postage cost of your items is what Australia post willcharge. $1.50 has been added to items between $10 and $50 for reciepted delivery, and $2.80 for items over $50. Please note, Australia Post does not include the registered post charge in the stamp price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship items overseas. The postage cost for these items depends on the continent you are on, but they are exact shipping prices and there are no hidden costs. It can be expensive i.e. $24 for 500grams to Europe as cost is calculated on weight. All the items are packaged at no extra cost and sent registered International Airmail within 24 hours. I can also contact you to let you know when you parcel got on a plane!
When will my item be posted?
I ship items daily! If your payment has been received before midday Monday to Friday, it will be posted the same day!
Do you offer express post service?
Yes! If you need your order sooner, just let me know and I can arrange that for you.
I have received my item, but it is not what I expected - do you offer refunds?
Yes! I want you to be happy with your item. So if the item you receive from me is not what you expected please let me know and I will fix it for you.
